any way to change these individually? with the added ps3 forum, i just noticed everything is the same. i wouldn't mind seeing different icons

of course not these exact images, but something similar. rest of the forum can have the same icon.

there is a mod to show different images by each topic but I didn't find one to display different images for each forum, altho I'm not opposed to changing our current one. they would just have to be all the same.
we need one on/half/off like such:

Let me make some edits to the first one that jj has posted and then you can pick.  Perhaps making the logo green for on, yellow for half and red for off.

I take it that you've never really worked on the internals of forums?  Icons like that can only be applied to the whole forum and not to individual parts of the forum.

I did, however, rig these up first thing this morning -

these are better, except the fact that since you can change the background colors it may clash unless a different template was used universally.. which was too much work back then just picking one out. still, it's a start.

*edit* on second thought, lets change the theme. i like http://www.businesslounge.ca/ for its simplicity, even though it's smf 2.0 (2>1.1.12), including the fact his home page is the overall forum. less = more
