ok so i've seen english patches for japanese games like namco x capcom. i was wondeirng if anyone know any links to guides that shows you how to do that? i wanna patch ffx-2 int menus from jap to english cause it's annoying to look at gamefaqs everytime i wanna play.

To create an english patch for a game you need to extract the files from the iso and then hack it. As every video game is encrypted differently there is NO template way to hack a game. You either need to be good at hacking and programming or you can't do this. There are some guides that can point you in the right direction but that's about it everything else you're on your own. If you manage to hack the files you then need to find where the text is to hex edit it.

I don't have any sites myself but i imagine if you look up some english patches and ask their creator for help they'd be willing to point you in the correct direction.
