I have notice that sometimes some game zip have turn into text files. When they are in text like this, you can't unzip the game. If you can't get rid of the text extension here is what you do:

1. go to Start > Control Panels > Folder Options
2. select the View tab
3. check "show hidden files and folders"
4. UNcheck "hide file extensions for known file types"
5. Click OK to finish

The text extensions should be shown now. Just remove the text extensions (.txt) by renaming them (delete .txt). Once you rename all files, you should be able to unzip it with 7zips or something.
