Obtain your disc image.  Download an iso somewhere or Rip a CD or Rip a DVD
If you are uploading a scene-released rar set then skip step 3.
There are many different disc image formats (CCD/IMG/SUB · CDI · CUE/BIN ·  CSO · DAA · DVD · IBP/IBQ · ISO · ISZ · MDS/MDF · NRG · TOC/BIN)

Generate Hash Values  This Tutorial will show you how to calculate your image's hash values. This step is important since it will allow us to compare the image to any other copys that may come along.
If you are uploading anything other than a disc image then refer to this tutorial

Compress your Image  Pakkiso is our preferred disc image compressor.  If you are uploading something other than a disc image you may use the 7z tutorial or the Arc Tutorial (in some circumstances arc files do compress smaller than 7z)

Creating Recovery Par2s  (What is Par2?) There are many different ways to use par2 depending on your compression method
Par2 settings for Pakkiso or Par2 settings for Scene rars or Par2 settings for split 7z (only use for non disc Images) or Par2 settings for Arc
***You may also try out the newly created Par3 format [Tutorial on how to create Par3]

Creating email accounts   at this point you should have all of your files split and ready to upload. Your files should be roughly 7mb each, doesn't matter exactly what they are, try not to upload files larger than 10mb.  you will need to create one email account for every 70 files you have. (if you have 350 files, create 5 email accounts).  http://gmail.com is where 99% of our uploads go.  If you have problems making email accounts plz post in the tech help section. Or try these Gmail domains:
 auone.jp
bolivia.com
colombia.com
g.pl
gala.net
gazeta.pl
livedoor.com
peru.com
viva-tv.pl

Uploading  There are many different ways you can upload to Gmail  Upload using Mail Resender or Alternative Uploaders
after you have uploaded it is a good idea to first log in to your email accounts and make sure that the files are there, now you do not have to count them all out since par2 will fix any that did not make it.

Posting your Upload  First you must Encrypt your password.
In order to post your upload here this website uses BBC (bulletin board code). Many of you may not be familiar with it, the best way for a first-timer is to take a look around at some of the other games that have been uploaded and base your thread on those. Make sure to include the info you gathered from step 2! Always remember to provide an admin/moderator with your account(s) security answer, or else the game can't be fixed if required.

Here is a BBC template to get you started: PakkISO .7z, .iso image

If you have any questions do not hesitate to ask!! help
